1. I did better just driving and looking for a space after going around town three times!!! Useless App!!!!!Three times already it told me there were spots at the Third Ave garage, and upon arriving not even a minute after checking, it's full.

2. Used to have them originallyessential for parking downtown.Easy to useWent to a Wednesday Pirates game and it sent us to the wrong garage twice and then a full one.

3. I've found it quite reliable.The app has not been updated since 2016 and no longer works--gives a 403 ERROR every time.Parked many times with positive results.

1. Fix ParkPGH Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ParkPGH: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ParkPGH App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ParkPGH" » Open ParkPGH » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ParkPGH » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ParkPGH app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ParkPGH servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ParkPGH" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ParkPGH app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ParkPGH might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ParkPGH. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ParkPGH then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ParkPGH not working

2. Fix ParkPGH Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ParkPGH be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ParkPGH not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ParkPGH may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
