1. One update took away my speed limit alarm and since this last update it hardly even shows my location now.This app has helped me get my scooter back 2x already.

2. Not sure what happened, but if it's not fixed I'm not paying them anymore.As of the last update, the notifications for entering, leaving geofences and moving no longer appear on my Samsung s22.

3. Is it the app or the tracker? Only 3 stars for now,may end up returning it if it continues to not work as described.Canceled this service when it was no longer needed several weeks ago, the app says my account is deactivated but they are still charging my card.It seemed to be ok.

4. I am trying to be patient, but what a waste.Used to work great! Then one day it simply stopped updating location.

5. It's in my driveway.The app is a little glitchy and since the update I no longer get speed limit alerts.

6. Reverts to the time, location, even the battery percentage shows what it was at when it quit updating.

7. Now, when I try to refresh location, the correct coordinates pop up for just a second before reverting to it's locale the day it stopped working.

1. Fix Tracki GPS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tracki GPS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tracki GPS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tracki GPS" » Open Tracki GPS – Track Cars, Kids, » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tracki GPS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tracki GPS – Track Cars, Kids, app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tracki GPS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tracki GPS – Track Cars, Kids," » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tracki GPS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tracki GPS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tracki GPS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tracki GPS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tracki GPS not working

2. Fix Tracki GPS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tracki GPS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tracki GPS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tracki GPS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
