1. Can you develop it with ahowing vessel names on map ? I sent 2 emails but no reply came back fm developer.I use Ship Radar - Ship Tracker & Vessel Tracking a lot, this app enables me to determine the location of my ferry and what the weather conditions will be like on the trip.

2. It loads and runs perfectly and is easy to use.Comparing this app to other Ship radar apps is that this one the ships and tugs move in real time and the other Ship radar apps only update every minute some longer.

I have just started to install this app on a tablet and it has only given me the option of a 7 day free trial, and I have to put in some sort of payment details before I can use this app, I am one of those people who forget to cancel before the free trial ends so I have uninstalled the app straight away.Complete rubbish: NOT free.

1. Fix Ship Radar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ship Radar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ship Radar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ship Radar" » Open Ship Radar - Ship Tracker & Vessel Tracking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ship Radar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ship Radar - Ship Tracker & Vessel Tracking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ship Radar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ship Radar - Ship Tracker & Vessel Tracking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ship Radar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ship Radar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ship Radar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ship Radar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ship Radar not working

2. Fix Ship Radar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ship Radar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ship Radar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ship Radar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
