1. I can no longer track ANY vessel movement in port and positions are DAYS old.I paid for this app and now they tell me I can get a free starter plan for 1 year but then have to have subscription.
2. Too bad, I liked the product and had already paid for the software (but you now also have to pay monthly too). It's a great deal of fun to see the detailed info on the ships that I encounter.
3. Now as time goes by I'm having to purchase more features or ships data is either delayed or not there all together. This app used to be great but clearly the creators' priorities have changed.
4. NICE APPI'm tracking (or trying to, at least) a ship my loved one is working on, however the ship location does not update for DAYS at a time.
5. Keep your money, skip the app and just use the website. It's a good app to see ships in navegable waters but it does have some needs of improvement.
6. I found the page that informs this and says to start the free year click here... I do and it sends me to the main page to navigate again only to arrive at the same spot.
7. About 6 years ago I stopped in to the Great Lakes Detroit River Authority, I noticed their system was antiquated.
8. They offer some free options BUT they continue to move more of their features to paid versions.
9. I work out of the largest fishing port in the US, Dutch Harbor, AK, where this app has always been useful in allowing me to track and find different boats.
10. ETA for their ship arrival at their destination port is either blank or stuck on an incorrect ETA date.
11. And, for those that need in-depth/professional-level data, that is available through their subscription service.Originally paid for this app a while back.
