1. Get it done Straight Talk!!Poor- don't use on your Mexico vacation to visit w family ! Very bad that you cannot make calls in a nearby, very popular but safe International tourist zone! You cannot dial out from Cancun airport (for example) to your family, to pick you up at the airport, before going sightseeing together! Nor can you dial the access number, to get to make a call! Been a StraightTalk customer for years..come on, guys!Ppl contact Better Bizn Bureau to report bad biz!! About a year or two ago this app was perfectly fine & then they did an update and it hasn't been right since.

Not only did the app not work, but my $10 global calling card credits disappeared and my reward points are gone!! 2x an agent adjusted to show $10 credit balance..& it appeared, only to disappear, 2x!!!I had been using this app for several months and then it stopped working, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, because this has worked in the past,I still can't make international calls.

3. I cant dial direct from my contact list anymore, no matter the format the number is saved in without being told the number is not included in my international plan.

4. Went to my account on internet to check balance, it shows I have no $$ in my international calling account even though I bought an additional $10 bucks to make our call the other day after finding my initial purchase of $10 bucks disappeared.

5. But now it won't let me call international number directly but will have to dial a separate number and then dial the phone number.

6. Now I have to open the app select make a call,, open contacts, select the number, then dial.

7. You are better off saving the international number as a contact and dialing the number you want when prompted.

8. I have to open the app and enter the number manually before it redirects to whatever random number, but does end up going to my intended contact.

9. pressing on contacts to add family number to the app... have over 200 contacts in my phone, only about 15 are showing up in the app.

1. Fix Straight Talk International Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Straight Talk International: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Straight Talk International App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Straight Talk International" » Open Straight Talk International » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Straight Talk International » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Straight Talk International app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Straight Talk International servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Straight Talk International" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Straight Talk International app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Straight Talk International might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Straight Talk International. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Straight Talk International then reinstall.

2. Fix Straight Talk International Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Straight Talk International be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Straight Talk International not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Straight Talk International may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
