1. if you do get help you can't understand them half time anyways.Excellent. I used that service for a few years, it's easy to use and it offers many phone perks and services.I have several lawyers lined up... paid for a season pass and lost out on the item i bought the pass for because the update for my game took 4 HOURS! 2hrs past my deadline cuz of spastic 5,8,3,0,12,5,4,3,10,0,1 kb speeds.
2. New card new device, I should not of had an issue! Now you guys have an issue!!! PS look at all the nonexisting "A Google User"s giving this 5stars, corporate REVIEW BOTTING is immoral and possibly illegal.!!WARNING!! This is by far the worst service, the worst customer service, & the worst company EVER!! The Unlimited plan is ONLY 3G & will never reach actual 4GLTE (if you understand business its easy to understand why, shady business practices).
3. Hotspot.. the whole thing about hotspot sucks! I just started looking into other phone service carriers.straight talk use to be wonderful but the last 6 months wifi has sucked and right now sitting on my couch I have no service at all.
4. I pay extra for the card that has 10gb of hotspot but don't ever get to use it.Love this no contact company! Think I left 1 of the bigger companies about 5/6 yrs ago! Never have problems with Straight Talk like I did every month dealing with C.S. from old phone company I used to have.
5. Straight talk sucks too, after spent over 100 on sim card activation card here and cant use it/ spectrum had no problem helping me with those and set bit comleteyMessed up my phone.
6. Oh you replied, guess what BEEN THERE DONE THAT! you all give the same troubleshoot that doesnt work in the end! IT is useless.Ive been trying to get my phone transfered to straight talk but they can't do it until qlinks lets me go.
7. I have had to get another phone and trying to activate the thing, OMG... It took me 2 days to finally get it activated and it was bought thru straight talk.
8. Makes life easier just to pay $50 mnth & not worry about extra Charges added on my bill ever mnth!Awful ... For the past few months I have had the hardest time with service.
9. At first I thought this would be something that just shows info that I can look up in my normal wifi menu but I was dead wrong! I was thinking about marking any wifi I come across on my Maps, but Straight Talk does it for me.

11. I have been with straight talk for several years now and it's set up for automatically withdrawal but I'm done why pay for something I can't use and have told them over and over again and no help.
