1. Constantly ringing you up when you set the alarm when going out places.There's virus on the app, pls work on it because is not good anymoreFraudulent company - Beware!I had bought home alarm & security system from Verisure in Nov 2021.
2. Not being able to trust the app makes it useless.Good app! However the alarm clock feature did not handle the summer time change correctly.
3. When I am already logged in to the app as admin of the house, there shouldn't be a need to enter password to add or change users passcodes for the door locks, locking/unlocking the doors myself etc.
4. We are now locked in a legal battle as I am out Almost £1000 for an alarm that doesn't work or be monitored apropriotly.Frustratingly slow when you need to let someone in remote.
5. He clearly mentioned we can cancel the subscription after 12 months and the products -alarm, doorbell, door lock will be functional but without live support.
6. Constantly having false triggers and they turn half of the system off meaning any one is free to access as long as they don't use the front door.
7. The alarm clock did not go off this morning after DST change.
8. The sales rep had sold the product as one time fees + 1 year subscription.
9. Error on landing screen overlays all content, does not respond, restarting app does not help.
10. And when I do need to constantly identify myself when already logged in, having the ability to use fingerprint for that would be nice.
11. Try using the normal widgets that come with Android next time, they are way more likely to work.Usability could be better.

Subscription Cancellation Request
I hereby am cancelling my subscription in number 315471 as I am not happy with the products, there are defects, the service and maintenance is lacking too.
Please Cancel my deal purchase and Subscripcion, , the alarm is out of control, not working properly, last week in the middle of the night it activated on its own,after contacting Verisure, they said that there was no problem and that they would fix it, then to the 1:30 a.m. the same night it started ringing again, after contacting Verysure again they said that they would send an Engineer the next day and they never sent it, at 2:00 am I called the police station and explained the situation because my neighbors were upset I have a week without an alarm and without service, I have called every day, but they continue without sending the engineer or technician, I have also contacted the seller and he told me that he would come today at 5: pm,to fix the Alarm Sistem now it is 7:30 pm and he did not arrive and I have decided to cancel the purchase and the service and that they return my money for being so irresponsible this is a great irresponsibility. and I have decided to cancel the purchase and the service and get my money back for being so irresponsible

Hi there. I’d like to request to cancel my subscription please. I’m happy with just my cameras to monitor and the monthly cost at the moment is too much as I’ve had to leave my job on bereavement purposes so it’s a financial strain we don’t also need. Thank you. Miss barton.
