Why should I report an Issue with Whatlog - Free Whatsapp Tracker - Last Seen?

1. I lose the hours of when it should be tracking as I spend more time selecting 'Do confirm' to ensure its tracing then the actual tracking process!! Its really annoying! And wish this is sorted ASAP plssI'm good with watching ads to get gold coins in order to track ppl's use of WhatsApp, which is so accurate btw.

4. drawbacks are the push notifications don't show you when person goes offline, sometimes I don't even receive a push notification when it is shown on the log, sometimes it deletes the number and I have to input again, sometimes it takes a few button presses to get the ad to work, and system "maintenance" can happen without warning.It was good.

5. missing ONLINE Now status at the first page shown on the top of the first page nor at the Prediction screen since December 7 version.

6. The work around what you have to do is just not easy and kind of defies the purpose of the whole tracking thingThe app isn't working.

7. Update: changing from 5 stars to 4 as not working now due to maintenance until tomorrow, but looking at the reviews, this is a common problemThese 2 new versions updated on December 7 and December 11 are terribly INACCURATE: 1.

8. What I don't like is when you want to access the "activities log" they force you to watch an ad which is not rewarding you any gold, you got to remove/fix this bcz it negatively impact user's experience.

9. 2 online activities then 2 offline activities: Offline 10am Offline 08am Online 07:30am Online 07am.

10. Now you have to send a message from the whatsapp number you want to follow to be able to follow that number.

1. Fix Whatlog Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Whatlog: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Whatlog App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Whatlog" » Open Whatlog - Free Whatsapp Tracker - Last Seen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Whatlog » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Whatlog - Free Whatsapp Tracker - Last Seen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Whatlog servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Whatlog - Free Whatsapp Tracker - Last Seen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Whatlog app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Whatlog might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Whatlog. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Whatlog then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Whatlog not working

2. Fix Whatlog Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Whatlog be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Whatlog not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Whatlog may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
