1. for apple phone it loses some functionality I would only give 3 stars because there aren't arrows for moving the cursor.If this keyboard were free and allowed users to opt out of data collection, I would rate it highly! Since Microsoft purchased it, the keyboard has become laggier, more bloated with unnecessary features, and possibly the least secure app on any android device.

2. I've always hated that they didn't keep the windows phone cursor, it was amazing, these arrow keys can be frustrating when you accidentally hit them & the press+hold keyboard cursor is junky.

3. I used to like the keyboard a ton, but I have to move on.I've been using this app for over 4 years atleast and I highly recommend this app to anybody who likes convenience, accessibility, and customization when it comes to typing and communicating via cellular/mobile devices.

4. Now that doesn't happen anymore so I have to type everything out.Been using this since day one of having to upgrade my beloved windows phone eons ago.

5. No more trying to tap in *just* the right spot to get the cursor in the middle of a word.Overall I really like the keyboard itself.

1. Restart Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard" » Open Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Microsoft SwiftKey AI Keyboard then reinstall.
