1. If I try to upload a photo from my gallery, it prompts me to change my permission settings to allow the app to access my gallery...which I already have! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but nothing changes.Sold a plant, tracking shows that it's been delivered then back to untraceable, buyer stopped responding.

Disappointing since I had started making connections with people and tracking progress with my plants now I have to start all over with another appPlease please please add "when to prune" under how to grow! This is something I never remember for my plants (yard and potted) and it's so annoying to look each one up individually, just to forget by next season.

4. It's a great app but no matter what kind of plant between succulents or vines, it still says they need to be watered every few days and succulents will drown if you water them that much.

1. Fix Palmstreet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Palmstreet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Palmstreet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Palmstreet" » Open Palmstreet - Live shopping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Palmstreet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Palmstreet - Live shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Palmstreet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Palmstreet - Live shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Palmstreet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Palmstreet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Palmstreet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Palmstreet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Palmstreet not working

2. Fix Palmstreet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Palmstreet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Palmstreet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Palmstreet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
