1. Is that other feature gone for good or should i reinstall? Please help.In the begining when I first became a member this app worked now when I was notified that i still had sample credits available it continues to tell me invalid id or password even when I uninstall and reinstall the app so frustrating.I also email the company and told them of my complaint, I yet continue receive a response via text that I have credits but nothing is being done to fix the issue of me logging in to use the sample credits.My tool to work everyday, everywhere anytime, I managed my company in this app is amazing easy to send samples to my customers and track them, also to follow up with them with a sampler email design in my finger tips to just click in 2 seconds to follow up with customers.
2. I am very disappointed because my points to send samed to customers are in that app.I mostly love the app its super helpful but what happened to being able to send samples to someone where they pay the shipping? Its only showing me the option to send samples that i pay for with credits.
3. I love Total life change but want us to improve our app.I 've tried to access the contents of this 5in5 app since Jan 15, I keep getting an error message regarding my log in credentials.
4. Then you contact customer service and they tell you to refuse the order in order to get your credits back.
5. What else can you ask? They think in everything for you? I LOVE TLC!!!Entirely too many glitches with app but the app is remarkable once you get in the information is endless but please work on the glitches & the constant error signs when logging in.
6. Please explain how I can refuse a order that goes to a potential client? I asked both customer service reps and got no response.

9. There is an issue with the app that causes my orders to be duplicated and has caused a negative balance on my account with my credits.
10. Started off using the app and everything was running smoothly but now the app takes a long time to load sometimes and I have been sending samples via the 5 in 5 app.
