1. Wish you could click on a few at the same time for refill, so you don't have to go through the process for each one.very good but I do not like that upgrade doesnt show price of prescription and the price in the historical is hit or miss depending on prescription.

2. Why not just show me a list of my meds and let me select from a menu all the ones I need refilled without having to go back, (not that they would ever be processed anyway, but still).This app is far inferior to Walgreens' or CVS' apps.

3. Get it together Tom Thumb! FIRE the developers & get your money back.Would be great if it worked! 2 stars only because it can show me an accurate list of my medications but trying to get them refilled is a nightmare.

4. DO NOT USE.How did this app pass quality control? It doesn't let me verify my mobile number after replying 'Y', I can't find any place to add a 2nd prescription.

5. Every single time you try to refill a prescription it shows an error message.

6. I can click to ask for a refill, but I find no way to view the status of other prescriptions.

7. I have always logged in using my email address, but one of the help pages says I should input my username.

8. Disgusted.The architecture of the app is very dumb, but I like to be able to see a list of my medications.

1. Fix Tom Thumb Pharmacy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tom Thumb Pharmacy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tom Thumb Pharmacy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tom Thumb Pharmacy" » Open Tom Thumb Pharmacy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tom Thumb Pharmacy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tom Thumb Pharmacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tom Thumb Pharmacy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tom Thumb Pharmacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tom Thumb Pharmacy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tom Thumb Pharmacy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tom Thumb Pharmacy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tom Thumb Pharmacy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tom Thumb Pharmacy not working
