1. I can upload my own files but there is no digitiser? The app is outdated, old, not user friendly and so slow you could stitch faster by hand! Luckliy I only want it for small logos and branding but UPDATE this APP PLEASE and bring it into the 21st century! We bought it because we want tu USEIt would be great if the app stayed open!!!!! It crashes when I open a design rendering the whole machine useless, any ideas on how to fix this?!? I have tried reinstalling but it still crashes every single time.

2. Come on Elna/Janome, get your act together! 2 stars for the basic fact that I can get a custom design to work on my Air Artist.Was having issues with it crashing when I tried to open designs, so I deleted all imported designs, unlinked Dropbox, cleared the cache and restarted my phone.

3. As far as a rating ....well .... 8/10I bought thison sale for $450, it is touted as a $950 machine! For that price I expected a more user friendly app/gui and if you are a beginner like me to embroidery, the "beginner" option is not helpful.

4. I was able to get it working after a couple hours of rebooting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing my cache, etc., but... I would not recommend that people with limited computer\phone skills try to use it.

5. That makes it very inconvenient.The app works well and does what it's meant to, but it's limited to the designs on it, and so far no upgrades or add-ons for fonts or strokes.

6. Finding it a bit difficult to change designs and send to machine, not the easiest app to use.

8. I had trouble getting the app connected to the machine and even when the app seemed to be working, it would disconnet, lock up, crash... It was just a nightmare to use.

9. Edit: after emailing the dev team they have fixed the bug i was having works fine now.Works good , but every now and then crashes and that means nothing can be done until it is up and running again .

1. Fix dot Customizer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart dot Customizer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the dot Customizer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "dot Customizer" » Open dot Customizer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for dot Customizer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear dot Customizer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from dot Customizer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "dot Customizer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check dot Customizer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, dot Customizer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall dot Customizer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall dot Customizer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing dot Customizer not working

2. Fix dot Customizer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make dot Customizer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to dot Customizer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, dot Customizer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
