1. I tried mentioning this to the representative helping me but it's been 3 days without a response back when she was originally answering in a timely manner...i just want transparency and to get my moneys worth:(Absolutely atrocious! Why it even on the play store if it doesn't offer good quality Android phone cases? I have an s10, and it offers s10 cases but the selection is terrible and customisation isn't even avaliable! Do not download this app! Overpriced and customisation is extremely difficult, overall just a terrible app I DO NOT RECCOMEND!!First of all most useless app I hv ever seen It does not have covers for android mobiles so that's such a big disappointment in this app Then it does not help customizing the covers .

I really hope it gets improved.After SOOO MANY ads from, not only different platforms, but apparently the texting ads I signed up for (I didn't realize I was going to be getting several text Ads per day #nobreakswiththatish!!) I decided to check it out and come to find out, my phone model (galaxy note 10) isn't even 1 that's available!! You must have the newest models of iPhone/Android ONLY!!I'm giving this one star because I have an android phone and they give you almost no options for your phone type.

I don't know if I am actually going to get the right phone cases or notEVERYTHING is out of stock, normally that would be totally fine, but I'm trying to use my 6 month warranty and physically can't because there's nothing to replace my case with and no "clear idea when these cases would be back in stock" I went through 900 cases and couldn't even find one.

4. I was very hesitant to order again but I did and order 2 iPhone cases for my parents and it tells me I ordered my previous ordered when I didn't.

5. This app is not worth it at all!!! And you can't drag and drop your photos to customize any moreThis app does not have any customizable cases for Androids and they don't even have cases for Androids at all.

6. It only leads us to the filters to apply to find for " IPhone " cases..... So I'm honestly very very disappointed with this app .

7. Buck up ur IT team, Not the first time seeing errors and other shopping apps i do not see such problems.Update bugs frequently that is what most app do 😅to maintain stability.

8. The app is also very glitch and the cases are very expensive for low quality.The app itself for me is very glitchy every time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Casetify Issues

1. Fix Casetify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Casetify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Casetify App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Casetify" » Open Casetify: Custom Phone Case » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Casetify » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Casetify: Custom Phone Case app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Casetify servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Casetify: Custom Phone Case" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Casetify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Casetify might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Casetify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Casetify then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Casetify not working


2. Fix Casetify Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Casetify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Casetify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Casetify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I want to cancel my order because I got an email saying that my cases got copyrigh cause the pictures I added and because no is answering me I been like this since yesterday and I want to cancel my order and can reach to me pls and explain what's going on or what can I do
