1. I waited a while, hoping they'd fix it, but now I'm uninstalling.It's a great app - if it worked all the time! It's sooooo slow and spends most of the time buffering! Can't order more than 1 prescription at a time because buffering and errors loading.
2. The app had been broken for me since the last update; I miss being able to manage my prescriptions, view information about them, and get important reminders.
3. It would be great if the app was 'updated' back to the version that actually worked.What's up with the App? It just keeps cycling like its loading, but it brings you to the sign-in screen and once you click on it, you're in another loop of nothingness! Please get this fixed ASAP.
4. Even *after* toggling the switch to "Hide EXPIRED (read: old) prescriptions" when I set it up, they still show up in my refill list! This app has made getting my Rx's delivered MORE difficult, not easier.
5. Frustrating!!! Pro: all your meds are in one placeBarely ever works! With ADHD I need a reliable app to help keep track of our meds and reminders for refills.
6. It sits on loading my log in for several minutes then tells me to try again later.What Bug Fixes? It's SO slow I feel like I should hear YE OLDE Dial-Up Screech when I Log-in & connect to my account.
7. When there is a notification and you click on it, it just opens the app and takes you to the main screen Instead of taking you to the exact notification reference in the app."Something went wrong! please try again later." (sic) Apparently "later" is in excess of a month.
8. After 2 years of being told the problem was my phone, the app has been redesigned and magically the same phone I've had for 4 years works.
9. Otherwise I'm going to have to go to another pharmacy with more reliable tech!!!! It used to work perfectly although it was a little slow to load.
10. There really needs to be an option to HIDE more than 1 old script at a time! FRUSTRATION LEVEL +8 outta 10.This is the best Pharmacy app I have ever used.

Cancellation request for RX No. 428949. I'm changing to my Medicare provider's mail prescription service. My Doctor is giving them a new prescription, so I definitely do not want two current prescriptions.
