1. However, no actual locations! Good thing T-Mobile had anticipated my wanting a compact list! Therefore, they must thwart my attempt for the logical search result! Instead, they must send me "on a wild goose chase"! The idea of web applications is to waste the site visitor's time! Isn’t that right? 🙃It's too bad they didn't op to incorporate the My Sprint app when they merged.

2. Plan information isn't complete and data usage isn't accurate as shown in the app.Considering T-Mobile is such a large company, this app is so amateur in capability and functionality.

3. It's almost like you're still using different systems between T-Mobile and Sprint but can't get into either one 🤔 🙄.This app frequently does not work.

4. Pleased with the service so far having been a Sprint customer for 9 years.Started out fine with the service and network, but now is the WORST network I've ever had.

5. The Verizon app does not have the availability to download documents, as the T-mobile app does have document links.

6. It is a pain to have to go to a web browser and jump through all the hoops to login everytime I need to access my account.1. Type "locations" into the search field.

7. I also have a Verizon account and I have the access to suspend service on a wireless line through the app or on-line.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix T- Issues

1. Fix T- Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart T-: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the T- App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "T-" » Open T-Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for T- » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear T-Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from T- servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "T-Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check T- app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, T- might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall T-. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall T- then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing T- not working


2. Fix T- Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make T- be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to T- not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, T- may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
