Password Manager Customer Insights

1. No response from the developer for months! It keeps saying I'm not subscribed, but I am!it would be better if the notes section is able to store images as wellVery nice and works fine, but the subscription is very expensive.good app but you have to pay if you want to save over 7 passwords.Only gave four stars because there is always room for improvement!Great app.

2. I tried to restart my phone and relaunch the app, even tried to install and uninstall to see if its going to be updated but nothing changes, I'm still being asked to upgrade to premium which I already did.

3. Monthly subscription or $55 lifetime for a text encryption app? I like this app so much, but I'll have to pass.Update: I resend my feedback again more than 2 weeks ago.

4. I really find the app helpful and great so I paid for 6months subscription but I can't use the premium feature.

5. I hope this is not a scam and I hope someone will attend to my email ASAP.This really is the note/password safe done right.

6. The bad thing is the limitation up to 4 passwords for the free accountThis is proving to be the most useless app ever, and I trusted them with all my passwords.

7. The concept of the app is good but the implementation from usability point of view is bad.

8. I wrote an email to Texode to provide feedback.

9. The UI is beautiful and intuitive, it has color coding and thumb-reachable controls... but the price is insane.

10. Definitely a very good option to save paswords offline.

11. From my point of view, this says a lot about the company.
