1. Overheats the phone even on voice call where no other app does that on the same phoneThe app creates problem with bluetooth headset connections.

2. Even I am entering correct Verification Code it is displaying as "Incorrect code" or "Failed to reach server" .Second Verification code arrives immediately after the first one even though someone have not clicked RESEND button.

3. But, bluetooth heqdphones are not working once the call is connected.One of the WORST calling app, you are looting the money every month and what do you provide ? NOTHING, a big round ZERO.

8. Cant even use this app for voice or video calling to Pakistan, but you will charge as if you are providing worlds BEST service.Extremely bad.

1. Fix C'Me Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart C'Me: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the C'Me App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "C'Me" » Open C'Me - Voice & Video Calls » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for C'Me » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear C'Me - Voice & Video Calls app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from C'Me servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "C'Me - Voice & Video Calls" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check C'Me app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, C'Me might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall C'Me. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall C'Me then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing C'Me not working

2. Fix C'Me Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make C'Me be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to C'Me not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, C'Me may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
