1. Would be great if you could edit this aspect!!Bought the premium version works great but i seem to unable to edit employees names.

2. if i can do that without deleting the schedule would be a 5 star.I just updated the schedule and used one of my 10 free exports, the pdf file does not reflect the updated schedule.Would work for me if if was 24 hour.

3. Great app, only issue i have are the shift hours- it wont let me input emd of shift hrs beyond 12am for the same night.

4. I run a pub and was looking forward to this app, but it stops at 8pmSimplicity at its best , works , and great support .

5. I run a bar so shifts end 2am plus but on the roster sheet i have to put down 12am and then edit manually on printout.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Staff Roster Issues

1. Fix Staff Roster Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Staff Roster: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Staff Roster App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Staff Roster" » Open Staff Roster » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Staff Roster » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Staff Roster app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Staff Roster servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Staff Roster" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Staff Roster app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Staff Roster might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Staff Roster. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Staff Roster then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Staff Roster not working


2. Fix Staff Roster Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Staff Roster be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Staff Roster not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Staff Roster may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
