The only issues i expierience at times is the quality of the calls being very poor.It could be from poor connection at the receiver end ..still we expect to get good value for money service so it would be great if you can work on that .....apart from this I am happy with Talk home ,I have been using it for quite long now ,All the bestThe current version is rubbish ,disaster and there customers services also worst.

2. Very poor customer service.Worst service ever, customer service is useless , call doesn't connect eventhough the time has started means you would still be charged, need to hang up 3 to 4 times and redial , don't b other installing this appScam app.

4. I'm calling the UK from Greece.I made a in app top up to be sent to an EE number, but they haven't received it and have been trying to contact customer service and even provided a few screenshots from my account but customer service is no help.

1. Fix Talk Home Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Talk Home: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Talk Home App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Talk Home" » Open Talk Home: Int'l Calling App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Talk Home » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Talk Home: Int'l Calling App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Talk Home servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Talk Home: Int'l Calling App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Talk Home app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Talk Home might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Talk Home. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Talk Home then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Talk Home not working

2. Fix Talk Home Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Talk Home be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Talk Home not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Talk Home may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
