Now what I try my luck and call may be this time background disturbance will go as I have taken monthly subscriptiontotally worst app dont use this airtel app, you can use any other app for calling, the service is good but the service team will countinue guiding to uninstall and install the app again and again for any inconvenience , the call clearity is very very bad even you cannot listen 1 sentence properly continuously voice is breaking and call is dropping so i will not suggest to any one to install this appI had using this app many years, but suddenly one day while i try to recharge, the recharging window shows nothing, blank and i uninstall and installed but not getting OTP for registration untill now (06 may 2022) from 4 months.

Seems like you lot don't care about your customers and potential business loss!!Its been a while since the recharge options is being removed and if you uninstall and reinstall the App it doesn't register the mobile number or neither sends the OTP.By looking at you reviews seems like everyone having a same problem yet you guys have turn blind eye to the persistent issue!!Unbelievable!Excellent app with superior quality.

It would be five star if the process of establishing the connection was bit quicker and smoother.Iam using this app from last 3 years but now a days getting disconnected every time in 3 minutes with out any reason.later can not be called as the message showing all ready in a cal.also sometimes shows a message limited connectivity.

4. It was soo quick and and excellent service and am soo delighted to recommend this app to anyone who wish to contact their loved ones with cheaper ratesDear Airtel Tech Team, I'm trying to sign up from last 1 month, not able to access.

5. Airtel Talk is great for calling people when you don't want to connect with them on WhatsApp or to make urgent call when the other person may have WiFi off.

6. Dont understand what that mean?Eventhough there is Internet connection it says device is not connected, secondly when calls gets connected there is a noise in the background something like when you change the channel in the radio 📻.

7. Please not and fix this issue as soon as possible.The app was working fine in the initial stages The clarity of the call was fine for me and the rates were competitive as well.

8. Firstly in app their are no option for purchasing of any plan then, I had tried to uninstall and reinstall after that it is not signup from that time.

9. But i could recharge for the second time as when i try to recharge there is an error which shows No token passed.

10. Recently I reinstalled the app and was not getting OTP but when I emailed Airtel, they called me back in minutes and provided me the OTP by phone.

1. Fix Airtel Talk (New) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Airtel Talk (New): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Airtel Talk (New) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Airtel Talk (New)" » Open Airtel Talk (New) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Airtel Talk (New) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Airtel Talk (New) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Airtel Talk (New) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Airtel Talk (New)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Airtel Talk (New) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Airtel Talk (New) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Airtel Talk (New). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Airtel Talk (New) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Airtel Talk (New) not working
