I do love the app, which enables my loved one to reach me wherever.Pretty good and nice, it does what it's supposed, fairly easy to use, have missed a call here and there, maybe because there is a bad connection, but for the most part works well...would love to have a feature to have no sound to the keypad, it is too long every time you press a key to dial a number, so being able to lower the volume, change it or all together get read of the keypad tone would make it a 5 star app for me...it's me being picky but it is just too annoying, feels like slo-moExtensions app no longer receives calls.

3. I love it.The Android app is adequate for dealing with answering calls directed to a Vonage-subscribed number, but there is NO WAY to set a specific ringtone so you know it's coming to a Vonage number.

4. Check Vonage Home Extensions app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vonage Home Extensions might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vonage Home Extensions. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vonage Home Extensions then reinstall.
