1. Many times, even apps that store pictures, personal and financial information, or control remote access to your home don’t require a security PIN, password or lock screen pattern to open.
2. Use a secure password or pattern lock screen to keep your Android device secure and private.
3. Lock your apps and protect your privacy with Norton App Lock.
4. You’ve got lots of sensitive information in the apps installed on your phone or tablet device.
5. Norton respects the privacy of our users and carefully safeguards personal data.
1. They have ways to keep the screen open, steal identities, hack banking apps etc. This app is easy and effective, and has several lock screen options, all of which are useful and secure.
2. It would also be nice if there was a toggle inside the app for "keep app locked in session" instead of having to go to each app individually and click this, which anybody can do from there.Have used various app lock apps for years, & DoMobile's AppLock exclusively for several years.
3. I can choose which apps to lock, but the problems I'm having is that some apps that are locked, still open for a few seconds when you tap on it.
4. One thing is the lock delay/lag that happens on an app that is supposed to be locked - sms for example, if set to be locked will still open for a few seconds long enough for someone to snoop successfully before the lock screen pops up.
5. The extra effort of signing into important apps is worth the effort considering what people can do if they steal your phone while you're using it (happens more often than you can imagine outside the US).
6. Thanks guysSo far this is all I wanted, a fingerprint lock for apps from a trusted company.
7. FYI, those few seconds do matter!I installed and began using "Norton App Lock" around the Spring of 2022.
8. The app would randomly unlock different apps, and reset the clock to a similar day of the month in a different month and year.
9. This app does not work and is garbage.Got this to add another layer of protection to the phone and certain apps.
10. He was able to unlock all the apps that I had locked.
11. I can imaging that if someone did get past the sign in and tried to open all those apps it would be pretty frustrating.
