Why should I report an Issue with LEDambient® CONNECT?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

2. The LEDambient® CONNECT App from OSRAM enables the control of OSRAM LEDambient CONNECT car lighting products via Bluetooth.

3. Thus, you can adjust the interior and exterior lighting of your vehicle quickly and individually. • Connect the LEDambient devices directly through the app.

2. Edit/Update: Having fully installed the led ambient and led strips I would now advise anyone to not waste time or money on this product.

3. Please make this a proper music player app.No longer works, tells me to check for an update that doesn't exist.

4. The Bluetooth range is awful and along with all of the above app issues I'm disappointed for wasting so much money on what I previously considered a reputable brand.

5. Garbage product and overpriced.Very basic, completely useless for use with music.

6. I want my money back as the hardware is now useless and I have to rewire my camper.

7. Edit/Update: So osram replied asking me to contact them by email with issues.

8. And just like their bad app they're unreliable and haven't replied at all having waited weeks if not months.

9. It's easy enough to make an app responsive.DO NOT BUY ! Wasted 100 euros for the strips+app so that it can't connect anymore.

1. Fix LEDambient Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LEDambient: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LEDambient App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LEDambient" » Open LEDambient® CONNECT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LEDambient » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LEDambient® CONNECT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LEDambient servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LEDambient® CONNECT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LEDambient app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LEDambient might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LEDambient. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LEDambient then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LEDambient not working

2. Fix LEDambient Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LEDambient be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LEDambient not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LEDambient may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
