1. I say DOWNLOAD IT!5 stars because: excellent rewards options, easy to use, I can earn rewards consistently & reliably, customer service is great, would highly recomend! My concerns: last update fixed the "refer a friend" feature, this update has brought back the error message "refer a friend is currently unavailable, please check back later" just as I wanted to share it with family.

2. Pitfalls: giftcards are still sent to your email instead of in the app; the questions appear in the form of tiles with no description and only 9 to a page; app is glitchy and crashes sometimes.I really love this app and their website but had to give only 4 stars because lately the app locks up after clearing the board.

3. Instead of having to go through the website and bookmark it to come back to later, all of the questions are in the app, as are the points you have easily visible at the top of the home page, and a place to easily choose and redeem gift cards.

4. However, I tried to use/play it last night and this morning and it's not working...when I open it it'll load, but rather than the 9 squares popping up it just has a message about checking how close I am/how many more points I need to get my rewards.

5. I sent a message to the support team=no response yet.Been using it for years now, i love it! I pull it up a few times a day when relaxing or have free time.

6. Based on other reviews, I'm afraid of having my account disabled for contacting support.So far I've only been able to use this app succcessfully once, the 1st day! 😞 Which on that day I would've given it 4-5 stars no problem.

7. The only reason I'm giving a low rating is because after clearing a few boards of surveys I hit a point where the last tile on my board would open, not load, and then crash the entire app.

8. I have never had a problem cashing in my points or redeeming my gift cards I've bought.

9. If you ever need help their support will get back to quickly to assist as well.I love this app! While the surveys can become redundant, there is enough variation that it's tolerable.

1. Fix Crowdtap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Crowdtap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Crowdtap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crowdtap" » Open Crowdtap: Surveys & Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crowdtap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Crowdtap: Surveys & Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crowdtap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crowdtap: Surveys & Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Crowdtap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crowdtap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Crowdtap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crowdtap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Crowdtap not working

2. Fix Crowdtap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Crowdtap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Crowdtap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Crowdtap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
