1. Smart WiFi Switch is a small app with no user interface that's quickly switches to the strongest WiFi network with just one click.
2. WARNING - if your using android 6. android. permission.
3. ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION - required in order to work with android 6. android. permission. android. permission.
1. It just grabs the strongest even if that's the guest wifi or the generic Xfinity. It doesn't automatically switch to the stronger wifi, it should done manually.
2. Android deliberately makes it difficult (why?) But if you follow the instructions in this app exactly it works a treat.F-. Literally doesn't have an interface, and just connects to the strongest AP visible ... period.
3. Which is ridiculous because what if you can't use the one that happens to be strongest?Manual solution and that wouldn't bother me if I could limit which wifi it chooses.
4. Ignores "autoreconnect off"The app reconnects to the same poor wifi, while the nearby strongest gets ignored.
5. I don't mind that it's not automatic, saves battery.Great app work as intended, I have multiply hotspot now I can simply switch quick when needed.
6. It doesn't automatically switch to the strongest router.
7. There are no others for doing something which should be so simple - changing and connecting to the strongest wifi automatically.
8. Uninstalling.I had master router in living room, while in bed room it's signal was weak, so i installed 2nd sub router in bed room.
9. Had to be sure that I had logged into each router once with the password (I had just changed the SSID of one of them).
10. other app that auto switch either don't switch or constantly switching, which will slow down my device.
11. idiot that's complaining, it's free, stop fussing, why don't you buy the developer a year supply of coffee.
