1. For some reason they make it super complicated to connect to another person's phone, I don't understand how it's so hard to just make a quick connect button that doesn't require any prompts, I use this to help my grandmother with her phone but so far it's worked 1 of the 10 times I've tried it, there's no way I'd ever pay for any premium service if the free one is trash.

2. I'd be willing to pay for personal use of the product, but it's not even an option.I haven't used TeamViewer in a few months time, came back to help a friend with something and it's been made so difficult that even I couldn't figure out how to connect until I installed this and tried because she kept having trouble connecting.

3. Also note that the app is EXTREMELY power hungry, so perhaps not the best idea to try using it while trying to charge your phone, only after it's already reached 100% & only if it's connected through a USB charger (not a wireless charger).In short, a good app that's now hampered by flawed 'commercial use' detection and slowness.

4. Complete scam!!Works great until one day Teamviewer thinks your use is commercial, and then they only let you use it for 30 seconds at a time before disconnecting you for 10 minutes.

5. The developers should put a clear warning that it's being used by scammers.These people tried to scam me for a supposed Norton security bill.

6. When it does work, it's a bit laggy for what I intended on using it for (such as certain games), but still works fine for anything that isn't time-sensitive or needs fluid movements.

7. Old Review... Used to be easy and great for controlling an Android phone from a PC... I used it to fix my 83 year old dad's phone across the country.

8. They tried to get me to download this app to allow remote access into my computer, ultimately accessing my bank info.

9. AnyDesk works, and works better, free.Unbelievable, I called because I had a problem with a chime transfer that I wanted to cancel.

10. Lately, just times out within seconds of connecting to my personal phone, which makes it unusable.

11. Suffice to say, won't be using this anymore in the future.WARNING!!! SCAM ALERT!!!! They are using this app to scam people.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TeamViewer QuickSupport Issues
