Intel Customer Insights

1. I cant use the bottom tabs because I can't see itApp used to work perfectly.. then intel decided to change things & managed to break A LOT of links within their own app! I performed a search for an old i5-5200u CPU and it kept sending me to some intel motherboard instead! I was able to use their tiered (manual) search to correctly find the CPU specs, but for some reason the keyword search links return completely different results than what is indicated / selected.

2. -Poor implementation intel! As others have stated, app now crashes as soon as it's opened, on both S22 Ultra and Tab S7+ (both One UI 5.0). Not sure if it's the last app update or Android 13 (possibly Samsung's custom version), but Intel need to fix it quickly.A few of the products I look at have incorrect specifications.

3. I can't access my intel support as I'm stuck in this viscious loop.At first all the links sent me to the wrong processors, then after re-starting the app, they seem to go to the right places.

4. This "mobile app" is just a shell that loads the mobile Intel support website--There's even a link to download the mobile app. This app used to work for me well when i wanted to check for intel specs.

5. I only downloaded it because Intel's website would just redirect me to the main support page every time I would try to request an RMA.

6. The app also feels a bit sluggish when loading a product page / scrolling through product lists.Disappointing. I made an account and the app was working fine.

7. Now it crashes upon opening...Hope is done about it..or i might stop using it all together & uninstalling it.One thing i liked is that it works even offline.

8. Why remove the app? This was a very useful app which I used quite often, so why would you want to go remove it? As usual with this big companies, no explanation given to us 'plebs'.

9. Just 'it's being removed, end of, deal with it'!I downloaded the app but i did not see the bottom bar on my side.

10. For example the i9 9980HK is listed as a single core CPU from 2007.

11. Now it doesn't accept my login in the app and redirects me to the website within the app.
