1. I've been told by the developer that this isn't the case however I remember having workout containing exercises that are no longer available via the free version of this app.Nice looking app but unusable.
2. It's great for tracking progress week over week.Major no-go: Incessant ads! Why do that when the only way to use this app is through paid subscription? Upsides: A decent number of exercises.
3. That said, Ad frequency makes it nearly unusable without the paid version - to the point I'm not willing to suffer through the free for a good evaluation prior to paying.
4. You have to pay for features like sharing your workout log, other apps use this information as competition and motivation for free.
5. It has loads of exercises but when I try to log out edit a workout I see a spinning disk and it updates occasionally.
6. I'm finding certain exercises are missing or have different names (I think have I built coding that searches for the alternative names could easily fix this).
7. It has a wide range of exercises already, you can add your own if not and program your routines with different rest intervals and set/rep counts.
8. logging workouts is difficult as well.So I have been given directions from the devs to change this review.
9. one star stillI have been using the paid version of this app for over a year.
10. Most of the exercises that are locked without pro used to be included in the free version.
11. I have to swipe back & forth for the data to correct. From what I looked at this is very well designed, simple and intuitive UI & has detailed customization options if you want it.
