1. Have to use it for work but it's a serious invasion of privacy.Can you explain why it takes so long for a picture to save I literally had to wait over an hour and a half for a picture to save I couldn't even send all the pictures because they didn't want to save to the report this is ridiculous and this problem needs to be fixed because if other social media platforms have better picture saving technology than a official security app that's a big problemI have a few issues with this app, The primary issue being that I have to take pictures during my patrols and a lot of the time I have to retake those pictures because they don't save.

2. Can you guys please fix the photos not saving properly on the app? Introduce some sort of upload progress and confirmation or something! After reading reviews it seems like this has been an issue awhile Not every time, but most of the time when you take a photo and press okay, it just sits at a blank screen indefinitely until you push the back button, to find out our picture is gone.

3. The last issue is that on dispatch reports if my picture doesn't save them my entire report gets deleted and I have to restart.Buggy. The UI is trash.

4. Manually opening a tour is fine, but having to then manually select checkpoints forces you to divert focus from whatever you are doing (driving) to playing on your phone.

5. But I am forced to use it for my employment.It would be nice if the app wouldn't mute the phone's audio every time it gives a notification.

6. Right now if you need to do anything in-app during a report, you are forced to delete everything.For what it does, Tracktik gives you the tools you need on shift.

7. The second issue is that I do not get any kind of notification when I get a dispatch resulting in me receiving calls from my employer asking why I haven't responded to said dispatches.

8. It I needed a photo that I could only get once, I'd be screwed.Having "GPS Scan" record checkpoints when scanned and/or all checkpoints in a tour be active.

9. It is a guard app: It will suck your phone battery and your data speed dry if you don't keep a careful eye on it.

10. If the phone is on vibrate & you're watching a video, a notification pops up, you close it, then you have to unmute your audio.

11. It does keep your report images on your phone- which really eats up a lot of storage.
