It's so gradual, and really likeable combination of exercises!acc to my experience,i hv got some changes in biceps,shoulders and abs...its really good...only thing is not good that is there should be some video tutorials,and more excercises should be added there to explore full body building experience otherwise as proffessional use i will prefer you gym...its good for beginners♥Simply the best...all the muscle are targeted and animated graphics helps a lot for the beginner and also maintaining the good postures hope the apps get more n more on coming days thanks..Great app.

It surely works, in 30 days I had my full body worked outVery stupendous app love it ... would have given 5 stars but... the problem is just that I downloaded it a few days ago and used it yesterday...day 1 of all categories .... then today i wanted to continue with day 2 but an error message popped up saying, "Problem while loading data." I tried all tge other day 2s and the same message came up...I tried the day 1s and the same thing happened... I reset the app but it was of no use.
3. Other than that, its an excellent app for burning Covid out your system (along with fat, muscle shaping and overall increase endurance).Really great app.
4. Only not allowing me to rate 4star is because you can no longer see upcoming exercises once you have started a session (which used to be possible).
5. I can definately see the changes in my body.I used it for more than 3 months with discipline & the results was awesome! Some of the results are still with me(a yr later).
6. Weve done a few apps and this is by far the worst.The workouts are good.
7. You really feel your heart rate increase and sweat like your in a hectic gym session.
8. I tend to do the full body, arms and abs 30 day challenge and this is intense.
9. Also you can view exercises before you start a session anymore.
10. Only thing lacking here is a complete veg diet plan, if that's included then will surely give 5 stars.
