1. This is beyond aggravating and that the email to ask for help don't work eitherThis app sucks wanted to delete the information on the app but could not do it , emailed support no help now I get an email saying someone hacked my account and changed my number and where my name should be it just says delete delete .

2. I hate having to use the website if the app is supposed to be there to avoid having to use so many windows.The app keeps crashing how is one supposed to pay rent and submit request when the app doesn't work.

3. And each time I find myself looking for a particular feature that would be useful, I've discovered it.We've been using Innago for almost two years now and absolutely love it.

4. This app is the only method my landlord gives us to pay rent, and being unable to do so because of it's terrible development is costing us late fees.Not a very good experience so far.
