1. Crashed constantly, either greatly delayed or did not bring up boarding pass at all, no option to download your boarding pass to your phone, does not show you flights you have booked even if you are logged in, so you have to keep looking up your freakin' flight.

2. I haven't printed a boarding pass in years, but one time using this app and I printed one for my return flightI love Spirit the airline.

3. Finally, after I was checked in, Evey time I tried to bring up my boarding pass, even though it showed me checked in, I get a red error message saying 'null.' Do better.This app is very unstable.

4. Anyways, with the most recent update, the boarding pass page cuts off the bottom portion of the QR code for the boarding pass, rendering it useless...and also rendering the app almost completely useless for my purposes.

5. After I go to their website to check-in, I go back to the app and while it shows I checked it, I cannot get it to show my boarding pass.

6. It's not uncommon for it to freeze after you have started to use it, which is very problematic when you are at the gate attempting to recall your boarding pass.

7. Check in again and the boarding pass won't have the barcode.

8. I thankfully was near a laptop with WiFi to check in that way, I would've been SOOL if I wasn't.They removed one of the best features of the app! It used to let you easily see additional dates and prices once search was entered.

10. Every time I've opened the app, I've turned on the flight notification toggle, yet it won't work and shows that I haven't turned it on.

11. Also, if my flight is associated with my frequent flyer number, and I'm logged into my account, why do I need to manually add the flight?This isn't the place to report bugs, but the app won't let me do that either, so I guess i have no choice.

3. Clear Spirit Airlines app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spirit Airlines servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spirit Airlines" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spirit Airlines app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spirit Airlines might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spirit Airlines. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spirit Airlines then reinstall.
