9. The only thing you can do, is click "contact us" and you can email someone.. but you have no way identify yourself to request a refund unless you give a stranger your debit card number in the email.

10. It’s so easy to set up and use, even I can do it (I gave up on my Apple TV after I annoyanly had to sign in and update it almost every time we tried to use it!).

1. Fix Screen Mirroring Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Screen Mirroring: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Screen Mirroring App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Screen Mirroring" » Open Screen Mirroring for Smart TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Screen Mirroring » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Screen Mirroring for Smart TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Screen Mirroring servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Screen Mirroring for Smart TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Screen Mirroring app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Screen Mirroring might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Screen Mirroring. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Screen Mirroring then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Screen Mirroring not working
