Why should I report an Issue with Soft Keys - Home Back Buttons?

I hope I am able to find a way to get it back!You can't turn it off when it covers up the buttons at the bottom why don't you move this window up at the top or make it movableWorst app I pressed accessibility option and enabled the soft key but still I was not able to change any setting from the appThis app has saved me, as my screen is not performing properly..butttt..when its up against a white background i cant see it..Highly disappointed that I cannot rearrange the icon as I please.

I'll complete the star five when I see changes or feedbackThe facilities and features are great.... exactly the right thing I was searching for...but the only problem is that it stops working at times and I have to uninstall it and install it again to make it work again... otherwise its great...App needs to overwrite other apps,otherwise you sometimes have to tilt phone to access buttons.

3. However, to the engineers who made this app, see whether you can add a functionality of being able to drag the buttons when needed instead of, you know, stone-like buttons which stay sunk at the bottom of the screen no matter what.

4. Change the color of the icon as white color icons could not be seen on the background of white Color page.I gave it five stars because when it was working it was fantastic.

It's going to make me look for another app soon if I see no changes cos it make my typing slow and if I try to make it fast I'll definitely tap either the minimize button,home button or back button,pls do something I need feedback to know weather to wait or uninstall it,and I won't mind the mb wasted.

1. Fix Soft Keys Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Soft Keys: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Soft Keys App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Soft Keys" » Open Soft Keys - Home Back Buttons » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Soft Keys » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Soft Keys - Home Back Buttons app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Soft Keys servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Soft Keys - Home Back Buttons" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Soft Keys app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Soft Keys might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Soft Keys. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Soft Keys then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Soft Keys not working

2. Fix Soft Keys Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Soft Keys be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Soft Keys not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Soft Keys may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
