Why should I report an Issue with Keyboard for Seniors?

Thank you developers.Im not old but my optician is rubbish, hence finding a decent large keyboard with settings that let me make it look cool is a result, thank you.I think this will be perfect for my great aunt but it would be better if microphone was on main page and not the number and symbol page, though I can understand how this may not be the case for everyone so maybe add the option of replacing the settings key on keyboard with microphone?What is Premium? I would happily purchase the Premium version (on behalf if my mother) if I knew it removed permissions for network access, payments etc.

It is a shame the keyboard does not integrate with Google Voice (ie access it with a dedicated button, as does the Samsung keyboard when typing a text message)Like the large keys and copy paste function, but neglecting long press symbols on alphabetical keyboard, spell correct and lack of basic punctuation like / and \ killed it for me.

3. Love the size of the letters and keys.Wow i have been looking for a keyboard like this fantastic work makes my life much easierGreat keyboard.

4. Apart from the seniors label:) Surprisingly difficult to find a keyboard with full size keys in a simple and clear rectangular pattern.

5. I always use the Google keyboard for passwords for security reasons, but for everything else, I use this one.I wish the letter format was traditional.

6. The size of the keys Itruly enjoy!a perfect asset for cellfones.

7. Sad too since the keys were easier to hit instead of constantly hitting the wrong keys.

9. Some cells have fonts so small you'd need a magnifying glass.

1. Fix Keyboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Keyboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Keyboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Keyboard" » Open Keyboard for Seniors » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Keyboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Keyboard for Seniors app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Keyboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Keyboard for Seniors" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Keyboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Keyboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Keyboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Keyboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Keyboard not working

2. Fix Keyboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Keyboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Keyboard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Keyboard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
