Why should I report an Issue with KeepLock - Protect Privacy?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of APPS INNOVA to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I want a solution then I might change the rating I gave.It is nice, u can choose either look the app direct or after screen looks, fast response to finger print, just need to add option of searching for the app u like to look, also if can add option that you can open the app from lock screenThis KeepLock is awesome and uninstall prevention and fake icon and some fake crash to avoid opening it also have some auto start opens at restart or shut down and the problem is if you pressed the X thing to the task manager thing it force exit the app so you might avoid cleaning up the taak manager to get memory thing so the applock is gotten forceclosed idk how to exclude app from getting force close app in the task manager.

2. I've tried everything from rebooting my phone to unlocking the apps and relocking them and still it's not locking certain files.I hate how it doesn't lock your phone after some time.

3. It works perfectly at first,but after 5h, maximum a day, my apps won't be locked and it's as if the phone never had an app lock! Shutting the phone down doesn't help.

4. You get a blank white screen for several minutes but nothing pulls up.this app was working really well in the two months since I installed it but now all of a sudden it's not locking certain files.

7. You got to type in your code to unlock without seeing the numbers and then reactivate the theme to get the numbers back.

8. Please fix this.Overall pretty good except the theme goes to default but with no numbers.

9. There's a little bit of delay in the animation and the contents of let's say the gallery tends to show up like a split of a second before it asks you for the passcode.

10. If it works properly than it is a good app otherwise it is like a "garbage".

1. Fix KeepLock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KeepLock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KeepLock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KeepLock" » Open KeepLock - Protect Privacy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KeepLock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KeepLock - Protect Privacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KeepLock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KeepLock - Protect Privacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KeepLock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KeepLock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KeepLock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KeepLock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KeepLock not working

2. Fix KeepLock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KeepLock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KeepLock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KeepLock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
