1. It shows an ad then it has to go through the cycle of finding junk files, and when it finishes finding Junk files, it shows another ad, then has to do it again! It's getting really repetitive.The app worked amazingly well at first but after the last update I can't even clean the junk files from my device without an ad interrupti g the scan and causing it to start all over again only to have one more set of files to clean and another ad interrupts.

But don't have so many ads that they negatively impact the user experience.Really good cleaner, only down side is the notification for it goes off all the damn time saying: "clean your phone" or "boost your phone." Even if I don't use my phone at all, I get 10 notification telling me to clean my phone.

1. Fix KeepClean Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KeepClean: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KeepClean" » Open KeepClean » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KeepClean » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KeepClean app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KeepClean servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KeepClean" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KeepClean app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KeepClean might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KeepClean. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KeepClean then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KeepClean not working

2. Fix KeepClean Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KeepClean be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KeepClean not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KeepClean may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
