Why should I report an Issue with KeepClean?

1. It shows an ad then it has to go through the cycle of finding junk files, and when it finishes finding Junk files, it shows another ad, then has to do it again! It's getting really repetitive.The app worked amazingly well at first but after the last update I can't even clean the junk files from my device without an ad interrupti g the scan and causing it to start all over again only to have one more set of files to clean and another ad interrupts.

2. I don't get it.My phone was starting to get slower and having some issues with movies and YouTube so after trying a few different cleaning apps I chose keep clean and I am happy that I did.

But don't have so many ads that they negatively impact the user experience.Really good cleaner, only down side is the notification for it goes off all the damn time saying: "clean your phone" or "boost your phone." Even if I don't use my phone at all, I get 10 notification telling me to clean my phone.

4. Second, I'm pretty sure it doesn't really clean your device, I checked on my phone settings to see how much storage I had used and it said 92%.

5. In the past it would work just fine, you'd press a button to clean upur files wait a few seconds, maybe a minute and boom, you have more ram, or better optimized battery, and only sometimes you'd see an ad.

It's just the ads they basically prompt you to buy the no ads by bombarding you with so many ads and it's so bad to the point where deep clean doesn't even work because as soon as it counts how much space it's going to delete it goes straight to an ad and then when I exit it just restarts and so on and so forth so.

7. It cleans my storage out and detects any junk files or catche that's on my phone internally, unlike what other people might say.

8. I use it to speed up my phone, clean out RAM, figuring out why it's being slow, you know, like the app is supposed to do.

9. The only real cleaning it does is deleting junk files and photos that you can easily delete without the app.

10. It is a bit over active in keeping frequent reminders to us it but it is fast and easy and when I checked the heat monitor it does really work.

11. I hit clean, get flashed with 1001 ads, then I have to clean it again 5 minutes later.

1. Fix KeepClean Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KeepClean: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KeepClean App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KeepClean" » Open KeepClean » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KeepClean » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KeepClean app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KeepClean servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KeepClean" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KeepClean app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KeepClean might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KeepClean. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KeepClean then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KeepClean not working

2. Fix KeepClean Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KeepClean be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KeepClean not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KeepClean may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
