FS Protection is a really good I just don't understand why there isn't an option to ignore an app from scan.it's real different, yeah it's not like the others Giants brand like, kasper (poooo, just big name), bitdef,nod,avast,avl....it's very unic and highly reliable! after about 8 months being in a war with a damn hacker from U.S.A-that he destroyed many of my important files- and trying many of Giants ant.viruses...Now, I am going to believe that I am safe & secure.This is absolutely Greatest and the best way (F-Secure Apps&Softwares) to make your digital life totally Safe.

I trust F-Secure fully and firmly believe in their products to be the best in class.Looks good and working well so far.Word of good advice peoples, this in my opinion is all about the $$$$ they want you to pay them before trying a product, and God help you if you forget your pw, they wasted over 25min with that you ain't a robot crape.

1. Fix FS Protection Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FS Protection: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FS Protection App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FS Protection" » Open FS Protection » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FS Protection » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FS Protection app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FS Protection servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FS Protection" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FS Protection app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FS Protection might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FS Protection. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FS Protection then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FS Protection not working

2. Fix FS Protection Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FS Protection be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FS Protection not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FS Protection may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
