1. I followed the instructions for connecting to the drone's AP, but it doesn't show anything in the app.Junk dose not work the original sky rider app worked.

Can see the camera but can't start the drone?When I tried to open the app I connected to the drone's Wi-Fi and it would never let me see the camera, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and now the app will open and then close and won't let me use it.

Okay, so this is the only app I could get *anything* out of... -- Powered up the drone -- Connected to its wifi -- Launched the app At least I can SEE what the camera sees, so I KNOW I have a good connection... But... HOW DO I FLY IT? I "turn it on" in the app so I can see the controls... but nothing.

1. Fix Sky Rider Drones Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sky Rider Drones: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sky Rider Drones App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sky Rider Drones" » Open Sky Rider Drones » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sky Rider Drones » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sky Rider Drones app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sky Rider Drones servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sky Rider Drones" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sky Rider Drones app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sky Rider Drones might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sky Rider Drones. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sky Rider Drones then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sky Rider Drones not working
