2. I'm guessing the low ratings are from people that didn't read the instructions and tried blue tooth like I did at first.Connect to the drone's wifi and it works pretty well.

3. Anyone else have a video freeze issue?You have to open your WiFi and connect to the drone for the app to work.

4. Then you should connect to it.Can't retrieve my videos, keeps crashing when I try to play them! UPDATE!! Finally figured it out!! Works as well as expected for 30 bucksSeems to work ok but I can't find any of my videos in my phone gallery.

6. Once I connected to the drone's wifi I had video and things were working like they should.

1. Fix Sky Rider Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sky Rider Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sky Rider Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sky Rider Control" » Open Sky Rider Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sky Rider Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sky Rider Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sky Rider Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sky Rider Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sky Rider Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sky Rider Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sky Rider Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sky Rider Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sky Rider Control not working

2. Fix Sky Rider Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sky Rider Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sky Rider Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sky Rider Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
