Skylight Customer Insights

1. Would also be nice to be able to import/sync events added directly to the frame back to my calendar in the app on my phone. The frame is fine, but y'all push the premium service too hard! It's annoying! Everytime I open an individual frame it wants me to upgrade, everytime I open the app it wants me to upgrade, everytime I upload a photo it wants me to upgrade.

2. There are newer frame options in the market today that have more basic features.I really love the Skylight and being able to sync and color code our calendar and chore charts.

3. Skylight goes with me while staying home at the same time for the rest of the family to referenceIt is a nice idea, but for a basic calendar app it is missing really key things.

4. Perhaps the designers could remember that many of us use the app quite intermittently...I have Skylight Plus, and there are so many features that aren't there that have become 'standard' for photo apps: I can't edit a photo, search for a photo (which is particulary frustrating if you want to delete one or look for duplicates).

5. Only "flaw" (if you can even call it that)- it would be nice to swipe through photos vs having to click back, then re-enter the album to view the next photo others have uploaded.

6. Plus pressing slideshow on the app it can only play through 20 or so of the most RECENT photos; You have to click on each photo individually to see it full screen then go back and look at the next(tedious process) It would be nice if you could choose a point to start it at And it didn't have a limit.

7. Having to scroll thru weeks in the phone app is time consuming and I know I can't be the only one that wants to see a whole month at a time.

8. You can't see a whole month at a time, you have to scroll through week by week, which is very tedious when you need to see a date 6 months out.

9. I really wanted to switch to a digital calendar, but I couldn't find one that would allow me to both color code and see details (not just dots telling me we had something on that day).

10. Please make a "month view" in the app for the phone, similar to what is on the actual calendar in the frame.

11. But everyone loves it, especially my mother in love, which is all that matters!Have the skylight calendar.
