1. The free version gives you a plan, rowing and rest periods, gradually building over time.
2. Good App, Suggestions for Improvement The app is clear and does tell you length of workouts, at least in the plan I'm using.

4. This app gives me guessed workouts to do which keep me motivated to keep coming back and I can feel a real change in my fitness after just 6 weeks.

6. I think a further improvement would be some animation, e.g. a bar split into 5 that changes colour in time with the stroke (2 drive, 3 recovery) or a clock face, or... Something to show the phases, anyway!This app is fantastic.
