1. Be nice if there was a lower cost to rid the adds to keep the basic functions working.Absolutely worthless, I need to build deck stairs with one landing and wouldn't you know you only get that by buying the pro version.

2. Pro version is cost prohibitive at $18.99, so I have no way to see if it has proper inputs for accurate calculations.Downloaded free app to remind myself on how to measure out stringers for stairs.

3. The bottom riser needs to have the tread board height deducted from the bottom to ensure all steps are the same height.AWESOME app! Just punch in some very basic measurements and within a few seconds, maybe just one, this app does all the calculations and shows you a detailed layout.

4. I played 1hr& could'nt tell which value was causing change or not Simply mirroring terms at input with in examples, might help folks follow it.

5. I saw stairs x-light, with the words I searched for this app should not have came up, the developer linked this app to that search to get people to install it, only to be told to buy the pro app for more than just strait stairs.

1. Fix Stairs-X Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stairs-X Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stairs-X Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stairs-X Lite" » Open Stairs-X Lite - Calculator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stairs-X Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stairs-X Lite - Calculator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stairs-X Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stairs-X Lite - Calculator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stairs-X Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stairs-X Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stairs-X Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stairs-X Lite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stairs-X Lite not working

2. Fix Stairs-X Lite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stairs-X Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stairs-X Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stairs-X Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
