1. The only thing that we have found difficult is that once you are in a video call, you cannot exit to open any other applications on your phone while the call is being made, as the sound cuts out completely and you have to restart the call.The biggest issue is the glitch in sending messages.
2. FYITrying to read the EULA, this app needs auto rotate or zoom out functionality, the default zoom setting is just a hair too large for S22, I can't fully read the EULA.There is no screen icon to access this app.
3. Also, My provider told me I had to go the portal and complete my user profile, but there is no place to do that.Finding out that this app was finally available in my country was a pleasant surprise.
4. Also, it would be great if you could send attachments like photos.Not user friendly, despise using your app.
5. You cannot even send screenshots...cumbersome when trying to send info quickly, you have to do a damn email attachment.
6. I love that I can make an appointment with my provider on the spot without having to call into an office.
7. Jaimez is easy to talk to and motivating.Unfortunately I haven't found that it works with my headphones.

9. Sometimes it says failed to send and then it sends the same message 2 to 3 times in a row.
10. Bills do not have method of payment( that I can see) for HS account needed for BCBS.
