Telehealth Customer Insights

1. Telehealth has been a game changer for me and enabled me to continue working with my therapist routinely.I've been having a great time with using this app, the video calls I've had come in clearly with no hiccups if I use my wifi or phone data.

2. Also make sure you're connected to a strong WiFi network throughout the call." I've tried these tips and I still have the same issues!!! 😠😠Works great, I have had no issues with the app.

3. So, i would recommend, it's use.The app is good for video calls for the most part the annoying thing about it is that it freezes quite a bit and sometimes the call will drop or voice will echo which can be very frustrating at times. It's not a bad app but I feel there needs to be more work on it to make it work better.

4. It's simple to use on my phone since I'll get my email reminder for my appointment with a link to the call, clicking on said link automatically opens the app and takes me to the waiting screen for my session.

5. Otherwise, when the signal isn't being interrupted, it's a great app for remote appointments. This app as a whole is great! But the connection has been shoddy lately.

6. Was not able to video connect with my provider despite a strong WiFi signal.

7. I've used it 3 times now and only had issues when a storm came through and the provider kept losing internet service which is expected.

8. I definitely recommend trying it out!Edit/Update 1/11/23: The link sent by my provider in both SMS and email formats did not work yesterday.

9. I just wish there was an option to blur or change the background appearance while using the app on my cell phone or tablet.

10. I haven't asked her how her internet connection is, but mine is always strong...we have good internet! It's so annoying because there's like a 5 second lag and she always freezes up.

11. It's difficult to talk to my doctor or therapist and lose the signal, which interrupts the entire session.
