So, i would recommend, it's use.The app is good for video calls for the most part the annoying thing about it is that it freezes quite a bit and sometimes the call will drop or voice will echo which can be very frustrating at times.It's not a bad app but I feel there needs to be more work on it to make it work better.
4. It's simple to use on my phone since I'll get my email reminder for my appointment with a link to the call, clicking on said link automatically opens the app and takes me to the waiting screen for my session.

Both clients and providers are unable to access telehealth sessions. I have received error messages that "this video appointment has expired or is invalid" as well as "an unexpected system error has occurred".
