1. Never cease to amaze me.. Update: Lowering down to 4Stars I have been using the app for a while in my online purchases and indeed all of my purchase has cashbacks.. However, the tracking of purchases takes too long.. I also tried to verify my email but the app is not sending me the verification code which is frustrating.. Even in the spam folder, there was nothing.. I hope the issues raised here will be resolved.

2. All of my large purchases are always not tracked even though i didn't click anything aside from checking out what's on my cart already! This is becoming a scam & I haven't heard anything from my disputes yet & re-try it now app says it pass the dispute timeI love this app and use it almost daily but please work on giving us opportunities to report when stores advertised don't accept shopback pay.

3. As mentioned by others the chatbot is useless (even more so in German) and there is no way to get in touch with a human to find out where my cashback has gone... I still have in my inbox previous cashback notices in English, then one month later, poof! All switched to German, credit gone, have to recertify my same email and same phone number in German.

1. Fix ShopBack Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ShopBack: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ShopBack App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ShopBack" » Open ShopBack: Cashback & Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ShopBack » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ShopBack: Cashback & Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ShopBack servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ShopBack: Cashback & Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ShopBack app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ShopBack might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ShopBack. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ShopBack then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ShopBack not working

2. Fix ShopBack Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ShopBack be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ShopBack not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ShopBack may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
