1. And the worst is they didn't even let me know about that they have cancelled my order from their side.It's just waste of time to use this app.

2. I always don't know until I find that it is taking too long to be delivered and then when I check my orders it states that my order was cancelled.It was used to be a good app for shopping.

3. I made another order and cancelled it to see what would happen, you sent a message but there was one more message sent on Nov 11 saying my previous order was cancelled due to "payment not on time".

4. Goods I order didn't arrive at all and my orders always get cancelled when the promised day of arrival passes.

5. It is funny to report, I won't call unless I have encounter problem, when I explain my problem she started to sigh! Can you believe it??? If she doesn't want to handle why she is working as the service provider??? That is very rude to disrespect the customer! Hope they could provide better service as well.Shop.mm's confusing service is driving me crazy.

6. After they got your money they cancelled your orders with some reasons ( item couldn't be fulfilled, system errors, delivery address wrong) and they take your money.

7. Today's February 1st and it's not here yet!!! Customer service doesn't help at all!Many of my orders were cancelled from their side without letting me know.

1. Fix Shop MM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shop MM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shop MM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shop MM" » Open Shop MM - Online Shopping App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shop MM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shop MM - Online Shopping App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shop MM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shop MM - Online Shopping App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shop MM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shop MM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shop MM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shop MM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shop MM not working

2. Fix Shop MM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shop MM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shop MM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shop MM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
