1. 3: why my products are rejected so many times even there is nothing wrong written in my title ?A great app without any doubt it's good for your business but the of giving 4 stars is that it has some issues firstly the update system I handed over my parcel to my shipment provider but daraz didn't update it, they always shows the order in ready to ship tab not shopped tab and secondly the commission of daraz is very high which is unfair so I request daraz to kindly resolve these issues as soon as possible thnx💓Amazing, handy, user friendly interface.

The Daraz team has squeezed the seller's throat so much by making a law to close the shop for 7 days at 3% return rate that now a large number of sellers have started leaving Daraz and moving to other platforms.This App Is Much User Friendly But Has Some Major Glitches 1) Products Are Rejected So Many Times Saying That Image Background Is Not Plain , Even though it is fully plain.

3. 2) Whenever we change the price of our product, the item is going for Pending QC.As a seller on Daraz for 5 months, my experience has been satisfactory.

4. 3) Products Are Even Rejected Says Product Description Is Not Correct, But That Same Product Is Then Approved After Again & Again Reposting With Same Information Please Don't Ask To Fill Form As It's Already Filled, Please Respond."The app is running very slow and takes a lot of time to load.

7. 2: during upload of product, it gives senseless errors like these words and related words cannot be used and I didn't even use such words still they give me wrong errors.

8. Attempts have been made to create more intelligence than was needed, Now it often counts products uploaded in the correct category as the wrong category and so on.

10. Kindly keep it up! There are two minor issues in this App: 1) The Seller Picks option in this App is not working properly.

1. Restart Daraz Seller Center: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Daraz Seller Center App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Daraz Seller Center" » Open Daraz Seller Center » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Daraz Seller Center » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Daraz Seller Center app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Daraz Seller Center servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Daraz Seller Center" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Daraz Seller Center app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Daraz Seller Center might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Daraz Seller Center. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Daraz Seller Center then reinstall.
