1. I keep sending crash reports.Man I want this to work, but my goodness who designed this? It is clunky, slow, and not intuitive at all....just want to use it to buy paint and materials...that should be the most accessable and easy task on the app, but it is not...it can work, took me a hour to make my first order, for example, when I laboriously managed to get the flipping paint I wanted on there and finally sifted through the menu to find the blue frog tape I wanted, when I hit back to return to previous window, it deletedThe idea of the app is great.

CONS: the box to type in custom colors is super awkward, today's purchases aren't there yet and usually when I need to reorder, it's a recent purchase, so the reorder button seems like a good idea, but is pretty useless.Too many different tasks will cause the app to crash making the app almost useless.

3. But I've uninstalled on the last 3 updates, wiped the cache, and many other things and it still crashes when I click on,well about every button that I need at the time.

4. If you just want to find the price of a product it's fine but if you need to change stores, it crashes or just takes you back to the home page.

5. I was finally able to purchase products, but will no longer use this to try to "save time" prior to going to actual SW stores for products.

6. Unfortunately, I didn't know that until my order was filled in the wrong finish because my store didn't carry the finish that I needed.

7. PROS: Saves credit card info, you can pull up old invoices and custom colors, pricing shows my discount and the regular price.

8. EDIT: lowered to 1 star because for the 3rd time I've spent my time putting together a bid that becomes illegible when viewed as a PDF.Liked it at first.

9. I find myself constantly starting an order on the app and finishing it on the website (or forgetting it) cause you can't get through checkout on the app.

10. I finally caught it at the 3rd time looking through all info when it kept giving me 404 error.

11. It's a great tool to order with and keeps previously ordered purchases without an issue.

1. Fix Sherwin-Williams PRO+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sherwin-Williams PRO+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sherwin-Williams PRO+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sherwin-Williams PRO+" » Open Sherwin-Williams PRO+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sherwin-Williams PRO+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sherwin-Williams PRO+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sherwin-Williams PRO+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sherwin-Williams PRO+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sherwin-Williams PRO+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sherwin-Williams PRO+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sherwin-Williams PRO+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sherwin-Williams PRO+ then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sherwin-Williams PRO+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
